Health consultation
I offer a free 30 minute consultations to determine your current and past medical and exercise history as well as short- and long-term goals. I will address questions and concerns, and advise you on personal training that works best for you.

I offer one-on-one 55-minute personal training sessions, at a location, day and time of a client's choice. Each session includes a warm-up, individually tailored exercise routine, and cool-down and stretching.
