Aleks Phillips
Aleks here with Grit Fit Austin. I’m founder and a NSCA certified personal trainer. I would love to help guide you through your own personal health and wellness goals whether they are big or small. I have worked with a wide range of clients over the years and I am super passionate about all things fitness. But maybe more so, I want to show you what a positive impact it can have on your life no matter what your current state is. If you don’t belong to a gym and you have no desire to do so, no problem. I have all the equipment you will need and I offer three options for private or semi-private training locations. Personal training sessions are 55 minutes long and tailored specifically to your needs and goals. When clients have questions, even outside of scheduled personal training sessions, I am open and responsive.
Grit
A positive, non-cognitive trait based on an individual’s passion for a particular long-term goal or end state, coupled with a powerful motivation to achieve their respective objective. This perseverance of effort promotes the overcoming of obstacles or challenges that lie within a gritty individual’s path to accomplishment, and serves as a driving force in achievement realization.
Personal Training
