Got to play with these bad boys today (1.5 poods=54 lbs) Although they’re only really good for farmers walks mostly. TRX is one of my favorite pieces of equipment to use for training both my clients and myself. It’s so versatile-you can do it from home or mostly anywhere outside and it’s so small that it’s perfect for traveling. Using the TRX can train for mobility, stability, and strength.
