Aleks really helped me get back into shape after a surgery. She really put a lot of time and effort into developing a work out plan that was best post surgery. She pushed me to be better in terms of strength. My goal was to return back to original shape pre surgery. Now I am even stronger than I was before. Originally, I was a runner and pilates exercise fanatic. I was on both strength and heart rate). Aleks does a great job putting together these workouts, which are focused on our personal goals, and helping us through them, via form advice and coaching. Her passion for training and helping others shines bright at every session. I’ve really enjoyed training with Aleks. She’s a great trainer. I was kind of intimidated by heavy weights/cross fit exercises. Aleks really introduced me to the world of strength training and the positive effects it has on your body. I do partner session training with with my boyfriend, which can be hard to train two people at once. However, Aleks does extremely well managing both of our individual work outs. She pays great attention to our strengths, weaknesses and tailors pre-planned specific personal workouts for each of us during the same session based on our work out goals. Aleks has really taught me great strength training work outs and helped me conquer my fear of heavy lifting. I now look forward to heavy lifting as part of my weekly exercise. She is a motivating trainer, but also down to earth and good humored, funny and always enjoys a good laugh in between work outs. I also enjoy her music choice which helps with the workouts!
