When clients have questions, even outside of scheduled personal training sessions, Grit Fit Austin trainers are open and responsive to calls, texts and emails.

Our support services are uniquely targeted to each client’s needs: When it’s clear a client is struggling to solidify healthy habits, our trainers will personally reach out to check in and offer support.

For example, we provide healthy recipes, general nutrition guidance, before-and-after photos to show clients their progress, advice and handouts for clients to take home, how-to guides and more.
