We offer our clients one-on-one 55-minute personal training sessions, at a location, day and time of a client’s choice. Each session includes a warm-up, individually tailored exercise routine, and cool-down and stretching.
We use detailed information gathered in the client’s consultation to tailor his or her personal training session specifically to meet the client’s needs and goals. During the session our trainer watches the client closely to ensure proper form for each exercise.
We want to educate people about how to exercise properly, safely and for maximum effectiveness. This knowledge is meant to last a lifetime. We help our clients stay accountable to their health goals and instill greater physical activity levels into their day-to-day lives.
Unlike traditional personal trainers who typically offer their services in packages of “X” number of sessions, Grit Fit Austin will innovate by offering pricing per session. Pricing varies depending on whether a client wants to train once, twice or three times per week.
