Grit Fit Austin offers one-on-one 45-minute consultations to determine a client’s full health history, including existing lifestyle choices surrounding exercise and nutrition, family medical history, past exercise habits, and past or current injuries and more.
We determine each client’s short-term and long-term health goals.
Through a series of test exercises, we measure the client’s fitness level.
The consultation ends with recommendations for personal training services to help the client meet his or her goals.
